The shadow boxes came out absolutely beautifully! They were the highlight of my husband's year, and are crafted so intricately. They look amazing on our shelves.
My only criticism would be in the communication from the makers. There was a long window quoted for the creation, and I didn't have any updates at all about the order until I myself wrote for an update. While I understand that there may not be any updates to an order with such a long window (totally get the window, no complaints about that), maybe a monthly or bi-weekly update of the production schedule or plans would have been really helpful.

We met the owner at an anime convention and bought more of the magnets online. My son LOVES them. He can create his very own super mario scenes. Product is very well made! Owner is very personable too! My son is now working on earning more mario magnets!
